About Us
The Rahll Activity Center was constructed in 2022 from private funds provided by Gene and Louise Rahll, longtime Dalhart residents and philanthropists. The Rahll's generosity will provide the citizens of Dalhart and the surrounding region with a first-class recreational facility for many years to come.
A local Board of Directors was appointed to provide additional oversight. This group works directly with the administration from Kids, Incorporated to ensure the facility and operations are properly managed.
Kids, Incorporated hired a local resident to serve as the General Manager. This individual will oversee the day-to-day functions of the business. Additional part-time positions will be added to assist the General Manager and the Kids, Incorporated staff.

I am thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to be on the ground floor in the opening of the Rahll Activity Center. The generosity, passion, and aspirations of everyone on the board, as well as the Kids, Inc. staff has been inspiring. Just the idea that it took one couple, with a love for soccer and community, to create such a life changing establishment is absolutely heartwarming. I look forward to witnessing all the positive impacts that this center will bring to Dalhart and the surrounding areas.
